Two of the most famous projects that Ron Hershco, the leading real estate developer from New York has executed include the Meridian and 306 Gold Street. The latter one is a posh 40 story building made out of glass that overlooks the Brooklyn’s skyline. It is a Manhattan styled building designed by Ismael lavya.
